Comments: Our future... failing today

I thought it was pretty good, not newsworthy, but it takes skill to lipsync that well. He wasnt singing after all, he was lipsyncing. And you arent helping things you know. I hate it so much I will introduce it to people who possibly havent heard it before. If you hate it, why post it?

Why did you post this anyway?

What I post on my blog are things I think need to be brought to people's attention. This post was just because I wanted people to recoil in horror that it has gotten so popular that a teacher played it in front of the class, and the whole class sang along and danced to it. The reason people enjoy this is because it's so stupid that it's funny. It's like a new William Hung, except it doesn't suck nearly as bad and it's become way more popular. And the fact that something this straight up stupid has become so popular bothers me.

makes sense. I just thought it was sort of odd to post it, and introducing more people to it. And it is weird that it is popular, but I have nothing against it. Like I said, It was quite good. CNN? No. But I still like it.

I said CNN because it has been on CNN. I said VH1 because it was on VH1. You think that it's ridiculous (and it is), but it the stranger than fiction truth.

I believe you, I know it was. I was saying that it didnt deserve to be on CNN. Thats all.

It was on the FRIGGIN' TODAY SHOW!! god. I wholeheartedly agree with Kit. Sure, it's a little entertaining video, and the tune is nice and catchy, but this has gotten WAY out of hand.

By the way, everyone who reads this comment should really download that piano mix. It's really awesome, and beautiful, and a nice thing to listen to when things make you sad. For me, at least, it seems like a really good tribute to all the video game music composers out there, even if it wasn't really intended that way. People who want more of this kinda stuff, I've got links, so go ahead and reply to this comment if you want the links.
